    The Zoe Guide

When it comes to balancing work and parenthood, who better to talk with than Rachel Zoe—stylist, designer, CEO and mom (or simply put: woman extraordinaire).

At the LinkedIn Discussion series in L.A. on Tuesday, Rachel shared her advice. Some of our favorite takeaways:

    - Do what feels right and unique to you; don't be afraid of mistakes.
    - You don't have to have a long-term mentor. Just ask specific questions when you meet people you admire.
    - As a woman, you have to fight harder. But it makes us more interesting, courageous.

    Braided Beauty

Kate Bosworth has been getting bolder with her style of late—first, with her Topshop metallic-foil T-shirt dresses, and now, with her hair.

The actress traded her signature slicked-back, center-parted 'do for a beautiful Mohawk braid at the premiere of her film Big Sur last night in New York. In typical Kate fashion, she nailed it.

Consider our hairstyle for holiday party season locked down.
