What it hides: Concealers with a hint of yellow help to banish dark under-eye circles.

How it works: “Lying flat allows fluid to accumulate in places like the soft tissue under your eyes, but keeping your head elevated with two pillows when you sleep can help reduce puffiness,” says Joshua Zeichner, M.D., board-certified dermatologist in New York City.

What it hides: Applying bronzer or blush helps bring life to sleep-deprived skin.
How it works: "Sweeping bronzer onto your cheeks, chin and forehead gives a healthy and sun-kissed look," says Hanson. If you need a bit more life in your face, "applying a pink or peach blush on the apples of your cheeks makes skin look younger and fresher,” says Hanson.

How it works: A silicone-based primer helps you shine in all the right places. "Silicone helps smooth the skin surface and reflect light making under-eye bags less noticeable," says Dr. Zeichner.

How it works: It's a natural way to ease post-party pain. "Placing a chilled tea bag or cool cucumbers on each eyelid for 10 to 15 minutes calms puffy eyes and keeps delicate skin hydrated," says Hanson.

How it works: When you pop aspirin, you get a two-in-one solution. "You're likely to feel swollen all over after a night of too much drinking," says Zeichner. "Luckily, a dose of the OTC pill or another NSAID like ibuprofen can minimize puffiness and your cocktail-induced headache."

How it works: It's best to focus on your assets, not your flaws. "Bold lips will turn attention away from tired eyes," says Hanson. "Keep the focus on your smile with playful, bright shades that perfectly on-trend for summer."

How it works: A simple headband or some strategically placed barrettes can give your look a lift. “Tying your hair back into a tight half-up/half-down style helps to pull your features up, giving you a mini face-lift —plus, the look compliments almost any face shape," says David Babaii, celebrity hairstylist at the Neil George Salon in Beverly Hills.
