Little Debbie, Mr. Goodbar and Baby Ruth are knocking on your door for a play date, and you've got the green light to answer because tomorrow is National Junk Food Day. Turn your guilty conscience off and your sweet tooth on: You've got 24 hours to indulge!
When making your junk food grocery list, be sure to include the ingredients for this week's "BTS Shake." The drink's initials stand for both the tasty trifecta of key components—Butterfinger, Twix and Snickers—and the restaurant that came up with the shake, Burger, Tap & Shake.
Even calorie counters and fitness fanatics need a day off every now and then. So ditch the diet and enjoy this cold and creamy treat.
1 oz. Butterfingers, crushed
1 oz. Twix, crushed
1 oz. Snickers, crushed
9 oz. vanilla ice cream (or vanilla custard)
2 oz. whole milk
1 to 3 oz. bourbon or rum
Place all ingredients into large blender. Blend until mixture is just thin enough to drink through a straw. Do not over-mix. Pour into tall glass and enjoy.
