This class teaches you how to activate the shoulder blades through targeted movements in the back and shoulders. Understanding how your scapula moves is fundamental to building upper body strength. Begin in Table-Top, then move through Prone Shoulder Extensions, Down Dog Plank holds, and Dolphin.
