You’ll get right into movement (limited warm-up time), flowing through modified Salutations, High to Low Lunge, a deep Forward Fold, Triangle, and Side Plank, then finish with seated postures, including Janu Sirsasana (Head-To-Knee Forward Fold), Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose), and Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Fold).
