This is a fun and well-rounded flow that leads into some arm balances (eka pada koundinyasana, bakasana, astavakrasana) and rounds out with ustrasana and a twist and a forward fold. Plenty of binds throughout this practice leave you ready to let go of it all and sink into a brief but deep savasana.
