Practice to Help You Get Through Your Day - Preview

If you've got 30 minutes and need a strong, well-balanced flow to keep your body healthy and your mind focused, this is your class. The practice starts with hip opening lunges before building intensity with various sun salutation styles. It continues with standing pose flows that integrate shoulder opening. The practice concludes with handstand (or any other inversion of your choice), a few backbends and some outer-hip opening. Props Suggested: Wall space.
