The outside hip and outside leg tend to be super tight, especially in athletic builds. Stretch your lateral hip and IT band (ilio-tibial band) of the outside leg. Use props to apply direct pressure on the connective tissues of your outside leg. Great for post work out, especially sports that involve running. Props Needed: A blanket and a strap.
