Strength is a Journey - Preview

Your strength is a ride with peaks and valleys, rather than a steady march. This class will take you on a journey, encouraging an upbeat, playful diligence to your practice to help you build strength incrementally. We'll flow through lunges, standing balancing poses, handstand hops and holds, then move into some shoulder and neck stretches. Even though you'll be challenged in this class, you'll leave feeling balanced and unwound. Props Needed: Wall space.
