Ladder Flow Challenge - Preview

In this ladder flow, you'll practice a series of powerful poses, repeated and built upon at a one-breath-per-movement pace. This method creates a lot of heat in a short amount of time. The combination of challenging poses like pistol squats, skandasana, and arm balance options, with the mental attention required throughout the practice will leave your body and mind stronger than ever.
