Prepare for the Sleep State - Preview

Decompress from a physically and mentally demanding day and invite a sense of ease before sleep. Begin with nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) to calm the central nervous system, then lay low and indulge in some relaxing restorative postures such as supported janu sirsasana and face-down twists, saving some time at the end for savasana. Props Needed: Two blocks and a bolster.
