Balance Your Sides - Preview

This strong, steady flow is punctuated with moments of release in your side body. Learn how your body can become unbalanced in the coronal plane, and how to regulate that from above and below. You'll move continually while getting a nice stretch for your QL muscles, psoas, and obliques. Props Suggested: A block and a blanket.
