This gentle, movement-based class will explore ways to improve circulation in your lower extremities. Begin with simple ankle and leg stretches as you learn about best practices you can adopt off the mat, as well as risk factors and lifestyle habits you should avoid. Use your chair for leverage during squats, lunges, and balance work, then come to rest in supported legs up the wall. Props Needed: A chair, a block, and wall space. Props Suggested: A blanket.
