This hybrid practice incorporates strengthening the hip muscles using an optional resistance band, plus a balanced yoga sequence for healthy mobility. Begin with basic hip work including utkatasana squats and clamshells, then build off of traditional sun salutations. With a balance of stretching and toning, this class provides optimal functional yoga for your hips. Props Suggested: A resistance band.
