No Hands Flow - Preview

This lower-body-focused class is also designed for those who are avoiding weight bearing on the hands, but still want a strong workout. Begin with some core then move through breath-centric movements and a standing flow to create support and circulation while activating your core and legs. Finish with some hip-openers and twists and you've got yourself a quick, well-rounded lower body class.
