This creative class uses bands and blocks to mimic the resistance created by a Reformer's pulleys and springs. Get ready to add some serious intensity to familiar movements like swimming, side lunges, reverse plank, and more. Just like with a Reformer workout, this challenging sequence is all about the slow burn. Props Needed: A resistance band and two yoga blocks. Props Suggested: A towel or gliding discs.
