Meditative Japa Flow - Preview

Infuse Japa (mantra repetition) into your flow to make your practice an act of devotion. Repeat the Tara mantra during a slow, concentrated flow that starts low to the ground with balancing and twisted poses before rising into standing postures. Finish with backbends and inversions, then welcome the bliss of blessings from Tara. Props Suggested: A block.
