Ayurveda teaches that we have five bodies, or layers, that make up our whole self. This program will show you how to systematically care for and cleanse each layer for a deeper sense of well-being. In short, you'll go from feeling good to feeling great. After a brief introduction to the koshas, experience each layer through a unique type of practice—from movement to meditation to journaling—then journey through all five in a final, integrated class.
