Mark Osmundsen, a native of WI, is a Brooklyn-based fit-pro as well as performer, model, and activist. He creates workouts that are designed to make you sweat, but more importantly, make you feel good. He promotes "good vibes only" both in and out of the studio, and promises you'll love his workouts whether you're an avid taker or just beginning your journey.
His love of the body began at a young age through his dance training, and he went on to graduate with a BFA in Dance (Cum Laude) from Marymount Manhattan College. He has toured professionally on four continents, danced with The Metropolitan Opera, and performed in over 200 performances Off-Broadway with Company XIV.
He began his journey into fitness and wellness five years ago on the megaformer at NYC's premiere Lagree studio. From there, he moved into disciplines ranging from Pilates, barre, dynamic alignment, and meditation. He launched his own company this past year, The Movement Culture Collective, and began designing workouts that promote strength, happiness, and kindness. Mark has been featured in publications like OUT Magazine, Rey, Noisin, and Inked Magazine.
