Turn on your legs to practice full expressions of Bhekasana (Frog Pose) and Supta Virasana (Reclining Hero Pose). This class practices moving your body in different variations of Half Frog and Locust poses to fully open your thighs. Peak in Frog and Reclining Hero poses before finishing in Savasana.
