This languid practice focuses on the head, shoulders, knees, and toes for a balanced practice that cultivates equanimity, peace, ease, and bliss. We begin with yoga for the head and shoulders including the eyes and face. Then its on to the shoulders, hips (for happy knees) and some attention to the toes. Our focus is cultivating a sense of the head being a balloon of equanimity--peace, balance, and bliss.
