Welcome to Ballet Barre, a great workout that builds muscular endurance and stabilization through ballet-inspired exercises. This class moves through a slow yet slightly challenging series that explores ballet foot positions and classical Ballet Barre moves, including Plié, Grand Plié, Lower and Lift, and an abdominal series.
