Get your body moving and uplift your energy in this classic Kundalini sequence. It’s a great daily practice, especially in the morning. Warm up with circular movements, spinal flexion, and spinal twists, leading into a Forward Fold series, shoulder shrugs, and neck circles, then finish with Sat Kriya.
