Love & Kindness - A great practice for times of stress or conflict whether it is toward yourself or with others around you. Develop a greater sense of compassion for yourself and those around you. Use this meditation anytime you are feeling overwhelmed or when you are need of a bigger perspective or shift. Look to this practice also if you are struggling with another person, to help develop empathy for them and clarity in your interactions. Props Suggested: A blanket or bolster to sit on.
