In this yoga nidra, bring healing energy to your body by "returning home" to nourish your bones, breath and organs. First release your structure down into the earth, then bring subtle awareness to your body, beginning at the outside and moving inward. Slowly, incrementally, return to your source by relaxing every cell of your being. Feel your breath and your entire body open like vast open space. Props Suggested: A blanket.
