Twist away any stress you've been carrying with you throughout the day. This class will guide you through a series of supported twists to create ease of movement in your spinal column while opening your hips, side body and chest. You'll end with a deep quad stretch and cat's tail, supported by your strap if needed. There'll be some sweet self-massage moments and a nice long savasana to round things off.
