This Vinyasa class is designed to help you keep calm when things feel chaotic by accessing your breath during challenging moments. Start with 4-7-8 Breath, then flow through Skandasana (Side Lunge), Side Bends, Camel Pose, Dolphin Pose, and Wide-Legged Forward Fold before finishing in seated meditation, letting your collected mindset permeate.
