Learn how to unwind the full circumference of the hips through movement and steady breathing. Begin with 90/90s and a series of Lunges to warm up the body before Standing Hip-Openers. End with Revolved Pigeon, Upavistha Konasana or Wide-Angle Seated Forward Bend, and a long Savasana to de-stress the mind and refresh the body.
