Through mindful movement, meditation, and breathwork, this Vinyasa class is a fulfilling daily ritual. The stretchy sequence starts with Surya Namaskar A and Figure Four Chair then culminates in Warrior II, Warrior III, Extended Side Angle, Wide-Legged Forward Fold, and Side Lunge. Finish with light core work, Shoulderstand, Plow, and Savasana feeling a mind-body release.
