A Hatha class that teaches the fundamentals of safe, effective binding in yoga postures while achieving greater mobility in the the shoulders, neck, and upper back. Begin by warming up the shoulders with active range of motion, then a series of Crescent Lunge Salutations with Gomukhasana Arms, before building up to a peak pose of a Full Bind in Warrior II.
