Warm up with a Vinyasa-style flow to connect with your breath, then transition into a Hatha sequence filled with standing and seated balances. This steady class fine-tunes your focus while practicing Plank holds, Dancer’s Pose, Half Moon variations, Extended Hand-To-Big-Toe Pose, and a seated straddle balance (Ubhaya Konasana).
