Build strength, flexibility, and balance in this brisk flow, a perfect complement to uplevel your surf skills or to channel your inner surfer. This practice is hip- and twist-focused and includes 90/90 seated hip rotations, Malasana (Squat), Revolved Crescent, Horizon Lunge, Seated Straddle, and Half Tortoise Pose.
