Grasshopper Pose is a higher-level arm balancing posture that requires a combo of challenging physical engagements. This class prepares you for the arm balance by strengthening your obliques, opening your hips, and teaching you how to coordinate your body. Flow through Supine Figure Four, 90/90, Revolved Crescent, Side Plank, and Crow Pose to peak powerfully in Grasshopper Pose. This class previously aired on October 10, 2023.
