This higher-level Strength class gives you an excellent comprehensive workout, with different paces and modifications offered. Move through a complete warm-up, then follow a steady pace through Lateral Raises, Glute Kickbacks, Shoulder Presses, Glute Bridges, Bicep Curls, and Bicycle Crunches. Ridge’s 5-class Power Strength Series is designed to build physical power, each class targeting one area and culminating with a full-body class.
