This class is all about balance — you’ll create heat in a strong Power Flow, then slow down with Yin-style poses. Start in an energizing sequence with Fallen Triangle, Revolved Half Moon, Revolved Triangle, and Side Plank, then restore and recharge the muscles you worked in Dragonfly Pose and more deep stretches.
