Fun, functional, and fast-moving, this class strengthens the postural muscles (upper body) to support good posture while toning your arms, shoulders, back, and chest. Power through a high-rep/light-weight series with Single-Arm Row, Tricep Extension, bicep and shoulder exercises, Push Ups, Chest Fly, and Shoulder Taps. This class previously aired on May 29, 2024.
