With a blend of choreography and controlled exercises, this spicy kickboxing workout tests your stamina and activates your mind-body connection. Get your heart rate up and break a sweat while powering through a punching sequence, cardio shuffles, standing glute and outer thigh work, and lots of kicks, including kicks with weights and All Fours with kicks.
