This practice fires up your legs while building core stability. You’ll flow through energizing movement to create heat with stretches blended in so that you feel long and strong by the end of class. Explore Crescent, Sunbird, Trikonasana (Triangle), Warrior II, Bridge, Squats, and Lunges while pushing yourself to new heights.
