This higher-level Pilates class challenges and invigorates your body with continuous, fluid movements and advanced exercises (modifications offered). Start with spinal undulation, then use a small stability ball in Roll Down, Hundreds, Leg Lowers, Hip Curls, a side-lying leg series, Side Plank, Lunges, and Swimming.
