Stretch, tone, and activate your muscles (the perfect blend!) in this fusion workout that benefits you and your practice in every way. Move briskly through standing weight work, Pulses, Sun Salutations, Ballet-style cardio moves, Crunches, Bicycles, Kneeling Push Ups, and a Lunge series before finishing with a well-earned stretch.
