Strengthen and mobilize your entire body in this go-to Hatha practice that's great for any and all days of the week. Move steadily through a balanced, complete sequence with reclined leg and hip openers, Lunges with shoulder openers, Padahastasana (Forward Fold variation), a Warrior series, Double Pigeon, and Shoulderstand to round out.
