This Yin practice relieves tension in your shoulders and neck to create spaciousness and ease in your entire upper body. Find relaxation in a slow sequence, including Prone Savasana with shoulder retraction, Anahatasana (Melting Heart Pose) variations, neck stretches, Supine Gomukhasana Arms, and Savasana with thoracic extension using blocks.
