This Vinyasa practice builds heat slowly before getting into long, deep holds. You’ll start with a gentle spinal warm-up, Malasana (Squat), Crescent, and Half Split, then flow through Sun Salutations and Warriors before sinking into Pigeon and Bound Angle.
