This class fuses Pilates work with resistance training to tone and strengthen your entire body (core, upper, and lower) without impact. Using hand weights and a loop band, explore controlled exercises that dig into slow-twitch muscle fibers, including Chest Curl, Roll Down, Single-Leg Stretch, Hip Curl, Calf Raises, Leg Sweep, Tricep Press, and Plank.
