Encourage a free flow of energy through your body in this practice that blends Qigong with Yin. You’ll move the spine in six directions to help Qi (life force energy) flow through the 12 main meridian pathways. Expect a blend of light joint movements, shaking, visualization, and Yin postures, like Sphinx, Child’s Pose, and Caterpillar Pose.
