This quiet, relaxing practice is designed to gently stretch your body and calm your mind. It’s great if you’re feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated, or when a lot is happening. Using simple postures, like Thread the Needle, Supported Twist, Supported Fish, and Supta Baddha Konasana, the sequence helps to instill a lasting sense of peace.
