Quick and effective, this full-body workout strengthens and energizes for an elevated start to your day or to counteract a midday slump. Start with a core-activating warm-up, then move briskly through Single and Double Leg Stretch, Tricep Extensions, Bicep Curls, and kneeling leg work. Weights are added to boost the intensity.
