Ring in the New Year with this long-form Vinyasa practice that focuses on taking care of *you,* leaving you feeling good, focused, and grounded. Flow for 60 minutes in a continuous, integrated sequence, then enjoy long-held poses for the last 15 minutes. Postures in the flow include Crescent, Down Dog variations, Warrior II, Warrior III, Dolphin, and Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Balance); finishing postures include seated hip-openers, like Happy Baby and Shoelace Pose.
