Tribute to the Psoas - A practice dedicated to the main hip flexor that runs deep through your abdomen. This muscle is commonly tight and can limit the movement of your pelvis, which can cause lower back or abdominal pain, or tension in backbends and sitting. Take time to create a balance of lengthening and strengthening this muscle to create suppleness and ease throughout your whole body.
