This beginner flow explores linking movement with breath through half salutes, a standing sequence that includes tree, triangle, warrior, modified extended side angle, and twists, backbends such as locust and bridge and forward bends to create a balanced and informative yet fluid class that teaching the fundamentals of flow without compromising the wrists or knees. Highly recommended for students interested in deepening their understanding of "flow" style classes. This class moves slow, yet is strong and purposeful.
